We are a friendly community of people who are eager to worship God together.

This is a place where people:

BELONG ● BELIEVE ● BECOME

These three core values direct all that we think, say, and do because we value relationships, discipleship, and service.

Members of our welcome team will greet you at the door.

They will share the essentials, such as the location of the sanctuary, the bathrooms, the children’s check-in, and most importantly, where to get coffee!

Take your time, look around, and check us out.

We encourage you to ask questions, and the welcome team will also find you during the service to see if you need anything. But we also recognize that it is hard to visit a church for the first time, so we won’t deploy a “full court press.”

If it looks and feels like a gathering of people where you can engage in your faith journey in an authentic way, let’s talk more.

When and where is worship held?

We meet in person each Sunday for worship at 10 a.m.

On the first Sunday of the month, we provide a more-traditional type of service with congregational readings, hymns, and sometimes a choir.

On the other Sundays, we provide a contemporary type of service with a worship band.

We also provide online worship via Facebook. View our live services.

SERVICE TIME

Visit us on Sundays at 10 a.m. in person or online!

What happens?

In each service, we follow these practices:

  • Passing of God’s peace

  • Using music and voices to praise God through singing

  • Engaging in times of prayer, both silent and spoken

  • Reading of God’s word

  • Biblically based preaching

  • Offering of tithes and gifts

  • Monthly practicing of communion

Child Check-in

If you have young children you are invited to visit the Children Check-in Kiosk located in the church lobby. Safety is a value we share at Center Grove Church so after you are greeted by one of our staff members or trained volunteers, you will be asked to sign your child in. This will automatically generate a security tag for you and your child. Infants and toddlers will be directed to the nursery and toddler room and children ages 4 years old through 4th grade will participate in the adult worship service with their family until they are invited to go to Kid’s Worship just before the sermon. It is our greatest

privilege and honor to make sure your children are lovingly cared for by trained adults.  Here at Center Grove Church, it is our desire is that every child is safe, every child has a place, every child encounters grace, and every child learns to walk in faith.

Students

If you have a child that is in 5 th -12 th grade they are invited to stay in the service and worship with you.

On Sunday evenings we offer youth group for both Middle School and High School students.
