What if I told you a strong faith often begins with the presence of doubt?

This online ministry is designed to address and wrestle with the difficult questions that keep us from God or have pushed us away from Him.

We often think that the concepts of “faith” and “doubt” are on the opposite ends of a spectrum. Many Christians think a strong faith requires the absence of doubt, and many non-Christians think the presence of doubt eliminates the possibility of faith.

Our hope is that through this process of examining those difficult questions that you will be moved from the emptiness of doubt to the fullness of faith.

Meet the Faithful Doubt Team

Jordan Helvie, Digital Pastor and Founder

Jordan Helvie is the pastor and host for Faithful Doubt.

In 2018, Jordan received an idea to start a podcast where anyone of any background would be welcome to ask their questions about God, faith, and life. This idea continued to take shape until 2021, when he created Faithful Doubt—a place where you can bring your doubts and engage in a healthy, informative, and loving conversation.

Jordan is also the youth pastor at Center Grove Church and is very interested in the challenges that younger generations face in their faith.

Austin Robinson, Producer and Content Creator

In 2017, Austin was working at Lowe’s when he and his co-worker Jordan developed a friendship. During their time working together, Austin had many questions about God for Jordan. After several conversations, Austin encouraged Jordan to start a podcast where he could help others with their questions.

In the same way that Austin recognized Jordan’s gift, Jordan saw Austin’s passion and gift for videography and content creation and encouraged him to start his own company. After a lot of thought and groundwork, Austin started Absorb Productions. Four months after Jordan started Faithful Doubt, Austin came on board as the producer and content creator.

Grayson North, Facebook Campus Director

Grayson and her husband, Elisha, began attending Center Grove Church in 2019. They both serve in worship ministry, where they formed a friendship with Jordan and his wife, Mariah. In June 2021, Jordan began looking for someone who could manage the Facebook campus of Faithful Doubt.

After some prayer and discussion, Grayson accepted the role and has helped Faithful Doubt grow in many ways. She is the newest member of the team and is looking forward to how God will grow this ministry.
